Think of American students or French students running the nation, with only the most extreme, locally acceptable PC setting the rules.
With the most extreme professors serving as advisors.

And then through in the fact that these "students"grew up learning to fight and kill, and had no democratic or law abiding exposure at all, except for what they have been told is the word of God.
