Listening to the Glen Beck radio program. A female caller said that George Bush's speech before congress was plagiarized from Bill Clinton. She seemed to say that Bill Clinton was cheated... that Bush's 90% approval rate is illegitimate...It was achieved on the back of Bill Clinton.
