What Berlusconi said were generalities and that's his big mistake. When you give detailed examples of damaging cultural behaviors from the other side, you're right.
When someone accuses the police for brutalities in general, then of course there is offense felt from the whole police corpse. But if specific examples are given, the case is much more defendable because it would only involve a few.
