... bin Laden's 10-year-old son delivered a dire and prophetic warning to the U.S. in a poem written for his brother's wedding in January ...

A suspected terrorist with links to Osama bin Laden should be deported, the man who refused him refugee status said yesterday.

Former Refugee Review Tribunal member Rory Hudson -- who heard the man's case in 1998 -- said he was staggered the man still walked free in Melbourne.

The Palestinian-born man, 34, was a suspect in two bomb attacks on U.S. military installations in Saudi Arabia in 1995-96 -- one of which killed 19 Americans.

Dr Hudson said the man, who denies involvement in the attacks, should have been deported or at least detained.

"Here we have a man who was found to have probable links with the Taliban and Osama bin Laden and yet he has quite happily been living unmolested in Australia for the past three years," Dr Hudson said.
