I sit in 'Shamballa', the US equivalent of Shangri-la - fifteen minutes outside Luke Air Force Base.

I watch as flamethrowers come to life and destroy completely the remains.

"One more thing. We found some fancy Chinese dishes. Tech17 says they're from the 'bin dynasty'. Over."

I swivel in my chair and extract from a huge pile of papers in the 'in box', a CIA report which says Kabul, Afghanistan has been rewired by the Chinese PLA's favorite telecom company.
