My guess is we are going to make sure they are spread out
Hunting for gremlins and ghosts another day or two, and then we will do some rough stuff.
The impression I have is of a policy very much in tune with "The Art of War", making the enemy weaken by application of pressure, making them show their deep weaknesses over the passage of time.
We are not going to make the Russian mistake of 1979, nor the vietnam syndrome.
I think the question now is to make sure we are in a position after a battlefield victory to see that we wage effective peace.
