Re: Greyhound Operations Update . . .

"I'm going to just stay home from now on," said Alexander, slumped in a waiting area at New York's Port Authority Bus Terminal. "You can't take the bus. You can't take the plane. Pretty soon, you can't even go to the mall. It's not over."

“It’s all over.”

Too bad the only in-depth interview AP could manage for this piece was some low-life mall-rat.

I'm at my yuppie overpriced health club in an affluent town (not mine) last night working out. As I'm working out I hafta hear 15 minutes of some limp appendaged guy whining about Bush, complaining that "It's not safe. It's not safe... Bush should not be telling people to resume their lives... We need to grieve.... We can't go about our lives anymore"

Look, anyone who lost someone 911 is obviously not about to return to their life as before. But for the rest of the country, it's time to go about the business of being a citizen but with a wary eye.
