The report was that the 'arrested' Westerners would be released if the US stopped its propaganda war in Afghanistan.
While this is a heartening plus, it will fade. At the moment, the Taliban looks upon these 'criminals' as valuable. I think that will change as our lack of negotiation with the real criminals of the world continues.
It's going to get a lot darker before freedom finally dawns,
