"If they want us to bring millions of people, just wait a few days if these attacks continue," Qazi Hussein Ahmed, leader of the Jamaat-e-Islami, said in Peshawar.
A London-based militant Islamic leader has called for British Prime Minister Tony Blair and his Cabinet to be assassinated to avenge the attacks on Afghanistan.
Abdul Rehman Saleem, of the fundamentalist group Al Muhajiroun, told followers anyone who wanted "to get rid of" Mr Blair would not be punished under Islamic law.
The threat came as Mr Blair flew to the Persian Gulf region to reassure Arab nations the West was not at war with them.
