It already exists in the sense that we establish a hegemony of interests
centered around freedom and liberty.
I think it is pretty cool, and I don't see a better alternative.
The ultimate outcome will likely be the diminuition of the state as a form of social force around the world.
What Osama is fighting is the idea that regualr people should just be able to do whatever the hell they want, without some outside tyrant in a robe or uniform telling them what to do.
The Taliban, the ObLs and the tyrants of the world hate it.
