Their concern about innocent civilian casualties is refreshing...
seeing as how the people responsible for the two World Trade Center attacks, the Pentagon attack and the attacks against our embassies never seemed to worry about killing innocent civilians. The US military does take extraordinary measures to avoid hurting innocent civilians but it still happens. That's a far cry from setting off a truck bombs on a crowded streets (in Moslem countries, no less) or flying airliners into office buildings.
