Clinton is the past. The war is our present.
Whether he is blamed in toto for this or just a lot, he is no longer relevant to the situation.
We have a crisis that is likely much deeper than we can now imagine and the key to getting through this is to do what is necessary to win.
Clinton obviously had no stomach for doing it. His time is over, and the age of neglectful innocence we lived in during his Presidency is over as well.
We now have a war to win against an enemy we did not even choose to recognize as a serious threat, and permitted to operate in relative freedom in planning against us for many years.
