In lieu to recent events, wasn't this supposed to be retribution time... bring them in dead of alive. I know, that was said about OBL, but as it turns out, they're all in on it... The Taliban especially. Why are we bombing The Taliban's camps then?
"The Predator is armed with two anti-tank missiles, but under the rules of engagement in effect Sunday night the C.I.A. could not order such a strike. Although the precise sequence of events could not be fully learned, Hersh reports, General Tommy R. Franks, the commander in charge at the United States Central Command in Florida reported that 'Judge Advocate General, a legal officer', doesn't like this, so we're not going to fire.'"
Maybe this Judge would like to have them all brought in to his court. Still, and of course, what kind of right does he have, the CIA have to be calling the shots or not in this case? Isn't it up to The Commander In Chief, Congress and The Pentagon to do the calling on this?
Sure comes in handy to do 'business' under different names, doesn't it? OBL learned well.
If this is true, Americans will be psssd.
