What makes you think the current strategy is ineffective?

I wouldn't be suprised if Bin Ladin was dead already. But then he's probably not even the real target.

I think this is going to ultimatly be handed over to the U.N.

The U.N. then can deal with the problem rather than just serving as an anti-American Kabal.
