That's what I'm thinking. This could very well be a result of crappy pictures and blurriness and whatnot (Just like the Martian Face). If something truly weird was occurring, we'd probably know.
Raoul, or anyone who is reading this, do you have any idea where on Mars the cloud appeared? The pictures are too blurry for me to be sure.
