This is the kind of information that made me originally suspect that the current thing was done by some home grown psycho.
Why would they even use cutaneous anthrax? Why is the pulmonary strain used in FL such a low grade spore?
It now seems likely that the anthrax attacks are part of the big picture but it looks like somebody sold OBL's boys some bad dope
