I recall Mayor Giuliani stating he wanted to catch and make an example out of one of those "pranksters" who were calling in bogus bomb threats to Manhattan businesses just days after to collapse of the Twins. I lost touch with the goings on in New York once the military mobilized.

Anyone know if anyone was ever caught?
