The question I've been pondering for many years is,
"can a species act in the best interest of the whole species?"
The answer keeps coming up as,
"No"
Don't get me wrong...I'm not advocating a world government, I'm suggesting such a thing is not possible. Even when faced with a planetary threat we'll fight ourselves to the very end, and gnaw on each others bones.
(Yikes, am I cynical today, or what?)
So don't worry, TB, the OWG will never happen. If it does, it will not last long.
