Weapons grade anthrax
Is there such a thing? It seems there is but what is it?
Tom Ridge says:
“The tests to date have shown the strains are indistinguishable,” he said, adding that the bacteria in the letters had not been “weaponized” — a process that would increase the potency of the anthrax and reduce the size of the spores to make it easier for them to be inhaled.
I understand that the spore size alone does not constitute "weapons grade". The bacteria must also be resistant to antibiotics.
