The Taliban has condemned the U.S.-led attacks against Afghanistan as a "terrorist act."

The Afghan Islamic Press reports that the Taliban says it will not deliver Osama bin Laden to the United States.

Meanwhile, the U.S. has issued a dire warning to U.S. citizens telling them that military strikes now underway in Afghanistan could lead to terrorist strikes against Americans and American interests abroad.
