I don't think the guy was out of line at all.
The ones out of line are the media elites who think that a common man should not be allowed to take the national and world stage to speak his mind.
If I hear one more pundit say “But is THAT the message we want to send to the Middle East” I think I will throw up.
We’ve been walking the diplomatic tightrope in the Middle East for the last half-century and it has been getting us nowhere. In fact, it appears to me that we have been losing the PR battle. We need more “plain talk” and less diplomatic doublespeak.
We need more Morans. ;^)
