Hmm, isn't Afghanistan a lot less armed than was Irak? There are far fewer strategic sites to neutralize, far fewer planes, etc...
And apparently, Runsfeld had admitted OBL might never be caught.
Afghanistan is a very difficult country to handle, as the Russians know.
