If the website actually is associated with the Taliban, perhaps it's better to leave it alone. Shortly after Sept 11th, some hackers started defacing Taliban related websites. The FBI asked them to knock it off. On the one hand, the hackers were breaking the law and the FBI can't be seen encouraging that. On the other hand, perhaps there were security holes in the Taliban websites that the government wanted to exploit. If hackers made the Taliban aware of their security weaknesses, then it could become more difficult for the government to break in. Sometimes, things aren't always what they seem.
