I don't know where he gets his information. We've been using B-52s, B-1s, and B-2s (to a lessor degree) since the first night of hostilities. B-2s aren't really necessary since there isn't much anti-aircraft radar left functional. B-52s and B-1s can and are performing the carpet bombing function nicely.
