“... The Islamic world was not at war with anybody and has been forcibly dragged into war ...”
-- Taleban radio

The Taleban's Voice of Shariah radio has told listeners that people in America and Europe are panicking because the attacks on Afghanistan have produced no results.

The Balkh Province radio station, which broadcasts from the town of Mazar-e-Sharif in northern Afghanistan, said that public opinion in the West had swung against the attacks, and that the world's 1.5 billion Muslims were ready to fight.

"These savage attacks have created much fear and panic in America and the European countries, because the US president said at the beginning that the war against Afghanistan was a crusade," the radio said.

"This crusade has produced no result since it started, and people in Europe and America are, naturally, in panic."
