Growing evidence that the anthrax terrorist source is not domestic US
Anthrax is turning up in Lithuania, Pakistan, and Germany. The case in Pakistan is highly significant - a hand delivered letter to a Paki newspaper. Doesn't sound at all like a domestic US terrorist. It'll be interesting to see if it proves to be linked to anthrax found in US.
And the level of scientific knowledge and equipment necessary to produce the anthrax found in the Daschle letter is way beyond the capabilities of most domestic US militia type terrorists. Building a fertilizer bomb and blowing up a federal bulding is child's play compared to this.
