There has not been a nuclear attack today, and since we're at the end of business hours, one may not occur.

This is not to say that they don't have nuclear toxins or nuclear charges at their disposal, it is simply to say that there has not been an attack with them today.

As for conventional charges, there are 3 hours left to California's business day and for daylight to film an attack.

If there was an attack today which was biological, it may take up to several days for symptoms to occur.

First reports of a biological attack with anthrax letters against the government of Pakistan are now coming in. This attack must have been launched several days ago.

Also, first reports of attacks against European targets with anthrax laden letters are coming in. Again, these must have been mailed several days ago.

Given the lack of appearance of anything more severe, as today is the anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, we can reasonably expect that anthrax laden letters were mailed today, most likely in the UK, or at the UK, as they were the authors of the Balfour Declaration.

This is not to say that other means of dispersal may not be used.
