A point on Japanese internment

It was a national disgrace in retrospect. From what I have read, the Japanese Americans fully supported us in word and deed. American Muslims have been supported by the government but the majority of them have been luke warm in their corresponding support by refusing to speak out loudly against the extremist factions. This is an ominous sign that their religion is not completely understood and appears to be too pervasive in their lives.

Detainment of selected individuals is a price I am willing to pay at this point in time but it must be applied with some reason in additional to racial profile. The detainees must have the right to legal council and if they are treated badly they will eventually have the right to seek damages.
