You want to know what I'm beginning to think? I'm beginning to think the Airplane In The Building trick was their Big One. Their Master Stroke. It was their one clever bit, that required no other materials except a couple of knives, a big gang of suicidal flunkies (in good supply) and the knowledge that their victims would never expect what they were planning to do. Three planes hit before the element of surprise was gone, and the fourth plane was taken out of the sky when the passengers knew the score. There may have been other hijackings planned that day, but the unprecedented grounding of all air traffic would have confounded them.

(Incidentally, I'll bet they were as flabbergasted as we were when those building fell flat.)

If they had a nuke in their pocket, they would have slipped it into the country and used it by now. Or used it on Israel, or something.

I think these people are all talk, saying whatever will have the maximum effect, knowing perfectly well that our press will regurgitate everything they say.
