Historically, most of these idealistic international organizations, like the United Nations, have quickly decayed into a socialist mechanism for kicking the United States in the ass and picking its pocket, usually while the U.S. is picking up the bill.
I would estimate about eight minutes would pass after this ICC was established before they "charge" U.S. corporations with assorted "crimes" and levy huge fines.
When it comes down to it, an international court is a joke unless you can back it up with the military, and guess whose military it's going to be.
