Yes, it's important to work with the majority Pashtuns. I believe that we have already had some special ops people working on the ground with some Pashtun peoples. The Pashtuns must also be given access to Kabul once the Talibun is reduced to hiding in caves and is no longer a mobile threat in the field in the South.
