But these lunatics are motivated by *something*, after all. They want something so bad they'll die for it. That, in turn, gives us a powerful weapon to use against them...make sure that their goal is *hurt* by their terrorist action, rather than helped by it.

I've also heard that the suicide attackers are assured that their families will be cared for after they are gone...let's make sure, instead, that their families will NOT be cared for. I think the Bush Admin has probably gone some distance in that direction by freezing terrorist funding.
