Remember: McCarthy was a drunk and a bad guy, but he was right: Stalin was seeking influence over American mass culture through communist agents in Hollywood.
The opened KGB files show this.
We happen to all know we are at war right now, and it is obvious that our enemies are already here.
I think a MS in psych is hardly qualified to judge a law that is designed to fight that war.
