His position is very odd. He is not accomplishing anything to advance the cause of winning this war, nor is he he defending one single American from an assault on our civil liberties.

Your position on the civil liberties aspect of the war is very troubling. You make claims about the tribunals that are simply not true.
You are troubled about the civil liberties of illegal aliens, which is an odd thing for you to do. When are you going to take the time to recall that WTC and the Pentagon were attacked by self-declared enemies who took advantage of our laws and legal structures in order to find weaknesses in order to attack us?
You know, it is very arrogant of you to have this site, paid for by Federal tapayer money, claim the mantle of national leadership, and then to parochially deny any need to respond to national issues from those outside your tiny state upon whom you impose your strange views.
Senator, we are at war with people who wish to kill you (as you supposedly know) me, and the rest of America. For you to pose that this is some sort of pc ACLU issue is the ultimate in self-absorbed myopia that I guess only a career in Washington, DC can develop. Shame on you.
