For the record, I know we have Protestants, Catholics, Jews, Muslims, Indigenous Traditionalists, and even Atheists posting and lurking here. Those are the ones I know of. Others may include:

Baptist
Buddhist
Confucian
Shinto
Hindu
Taoist
Jainist
Bahá'i
(to name the most prevalent)

Are you really operating under the assumption that people are segregated in mind and body, with no outside concerns for neighboring communities? Regardless of how small the community, we do remain a functioning part in the whole of humanity.

I don't think invoking the PC gods is much of a defense for being callous about the issue of unjustifiable accusations, Dennis, and what I stated above still stands. If you're going to post inciting, baseless articles, at least include your personal take on them, otherwise you will be regarded as being in agreement with the author. Admittedly, you did state (after the fact) that you meant nothing by it, but only after letting it fester here for over 7 hours. As has been stated, some of us do actually 'live' on this BBS.

You also started right off with a defense of the author, stating, "It's just a quote from some Pakistani General.....HIS theory. You'll see it in print in Time or Newsweek next week, so get over it." Well, I'm sorry, but that's not a scientific ‘theory’, it's a bigoted ‘rant’, and I probably won't get over it. Posting like this is akin to the jamester and his notorious Hoaxter bits. It's unfounded claptrap that begs for a fight, and you got it.

All that's asked is a little more 'personal' communication on this 'forum' -- or are you just running your own little 'psyche-experiment' like the great and noble Dr. Greg, above, finding Justin's BBS and this 'community' a convenient test bed for human reaction?
