<Dave’s Tag List is the best, I think. There’s even a “Try It Yourself” test field where you can dump HTML code and review the results (requires <br> to break the text into paragraphs though).
Some templates to practice with for Justin’s pages:
For an unorganized, bulleted list:
<ul><li>First item
<li>Second item
<li>Third item
<li>Fouth item
<li>Fifth and final item</ul>
The above will get you this:
• First item
• Second item
• Third item
• Fouth item
• Fifth and final item
For an organized, numbered list:
<ol><li>Item #1
<li>Item #2
<li>Item #3
<li>Item #4
<li>Item #5, and last</ol>
The above will get you this:
1. Item #1
2. Item #2
3. Item #3
4. Item #4
5. Last item #5

Just remember not to cross-tag. I began with ‘center’ and I ended with ‘/center’ (the slash [/] ends a tag statement’s control over a string of text).
The above gives you this:
Phil’s Bunny.

Test ‘em out at Dave’s Tag List, phil. We’d all appreciate it.

Cheers, and enjoy,
