This "FBI Sheet" actually seems to have been generated by the Phoenix FBI office. It also mentions the Maricopa County Sheriff's office, home of good old Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who has gained considerable fame in the conservative world for his less-than-politically correct treatment of prisoners, including bringing back chain gangs.
