If this creep "slips thru" than I will personally hound Bush II until he visit's Mike Spann's widow and 3 kids, sits down and "explains" to them why this traitor walks free after participating in events that led to their husband and father's death. If it were a bank robbery gone bad, the driver would get life in prison as well. Why does this loser get a pass?
