Who are these guys?

A couple of months ago someone posted a link to some Internet "news service" that was probably an agit-prop front for some Israeli intelligence agency. Now we see some half-assed thing that is probably a front for something out of Iraq or Syria. Anyone have an idea who these guys really are?
