Geraldo worked hard to lose the tabloid image but working for CNBC and now Fox has not fully dispelled that it. War correspondent is a tough assignment though and he has earned my respect for that even more than for some of his stances on issues, e.g., OJ's obvious guilt and the preposturous impeachment and persecution of Bill Clinton. Getting out there on the front line takes guts, still he's no Christiane Ampour.
