Seems a bit fringe, but credible. They did accurately reported the closing of the Hamas offices and the arrest of a few Palestinians.
Not just Arafat, but many Middle-Eastern leaders play this game where they give a very nice conciliatory speech in English or French for the international community, then give an inflammatory speech in their native tongue for the home audience.
