Why don't you join your local police force and terrorize a few speeding teenagers? Get some of that bottled up aggression out of your system.

America has the right to free speech AND free thought. This "Joan" was speaking out, tongue-in-cheek, and you go and get bent all out of shape.

This person was not threatening America, had no explosives in their shoe, a nuclear back-pack or a manual on how to crash the world trade center. They are only voicing what seems to be apparently obvious to THEM, and taking it to it's extreme.
