A Marine KC-130 tanker plane crashed this morning
The details are sketchy right now. It appears the plane crashed while on final approach to landing in Pakistan. No word on the cause or the fate of the crew. It doesn't look too good to me. C-130s of any variety don't have ejection seats so the chances of a successful bailout are poor, especially on landing. Crashing with that kind of fuel load is very dangerous, too. The plane normally carries a crew of 7 or 8.
