They seem to be indicating special heat dissipation components. I wonder if they are actually using a methanol fuel cell which runs hotter than a pure hydrogen FC. In addition I think methanol is a better choice since the fuel tank providing the same range would only be 70% larger than a gasoline tank, and wouldn't need any extra structure for pressurization or insulation since methanol is a liquid just like gasoline. I know the Japanese already have a working methanol fuel cell prototype vehicle, just about ready for production tooling.
