Pretending to find bugs so as to be able to appear hurt and indignant is a time-tested Communist technique. Then again, our CIA hasn't been hitting on many cylinders since Clinton cut its balls off*, so who knows?

*If you will pardon the ghastly mangling of metaphors. Hey, I'm pretty sure that Humvees have balls.
