How Bush Jr helped bin Laden fund his operations

Little known, but when new financial instrument tracking laws for finding terrorist money were proposed to Bush Jr, he turned them down.

Incidentally, these same laws also would have revealed operations in off-shore banks like the ones Enron used, and which so many others are now using.

4 months later, we still can't find all of bin Laden's money...
