The recent revelations that ENE has been busily shredding documents
changes things further:
I believe that all documentary evidence left must be seized and secured immediately.
I am thinking that ENE degenerated into basically a great swindle over the last several years.
RICO and anti-mafia tactics need to be employed at this point.
