This one may be cut-n-dried, or it could drag out for months. Precedence is on the floor with the Lindh trial. the eyes of America are on the family, as well as the judge. Careers are made and destroyed with stuff of this caliber.
I also have a feeling the folks in his corner are quaking that further in-country searches don't unearth credible treason witnesses.
