Nothing like cashing out for a few million before the company breaks up (and thinking you can get away with it) to start the suicide thoughts a rollin.
I'm not to big on the conspiracy theory with this one - he was going to have to testify in front of congress, his money would soon be gone, his career was over, his family would probably desert him, etc.
He wasn't man enough to face his own actions and took the cowards way out.
What a Loser.
