The nice thing about fileless worms is that all you have to do is reboot, to clean it off your system.
Not a problem for workstations, but servers don't get rebooted to often. I reboot the servers at my work about once a month, or as often as Microsoft releases a critical update. :) This requires me to drive into town on a saturday, but such is the life of a sysadmin. I did find a neat program, that lets you schedule a reboot. I haven't used it enough to trust it yet, and am a little wary about hosing the company's servers. I think I'll keep driving in for now.
